Agents of Change
The people of Pet+E.R. are not only among the highest trained and most talented critical care professionals in the industry. They are thought leaders and change agents. The team who will be caring for your beloved companion is the same team that travels to other hospitals to give talks, teach other veterinarians what the future of medicine looks like, and pushes the boundaries for what is possible in veterinary medicine. Because this is a team that believes, fiercely, that your pet deserves the best care in the world. It's why we exist, and it's what we do for every patient, every time.
Believing in Your Future
We did not build Pet+E.R. because we thought you needed another emergency clinic. We built this place because we care, passionately, about the bond you share with your pet. And we want to create a brighter world for the pets and pet owners of our community. That's hard to do, and it requires dedication to deeply held values. Here, you will find a team who pushes each other to truly be the best in the field. A team who believes that once you and your pet walk through our doors, your problems become our problems, and you become our mission. A team who is focused on providing the best care that your pet could receive anywhere, every time. It's a future we work to build every day. And we built this for you.
How We Do It
Creating the veterinary hospital of the future requires smarter and better patient care. It requires a deep sensitivity to your experience with us; both emotional and logistical. Every single thing we do is deliberate and intentional. We believe in being smarter about how to build our workflows and processes. We think about the little things that truly creates a better and more effective environment for you and your pet. And we promise to always be honest with you. We are your advocates, and we are here to protect you.
What your neighbors say...
My 1 year old BC mix had to go here for emergency treatment. The staff were incredibly comforting and supportive. I had to go back the following day for bloodwork and again the triage nurse and techs that saw my dog were amazing. My dog is shy and uncomfortable with strangers. They put her first, set her up for success and tried to dissipate her fear as much as possible while still getting her the urgent care she needed. Stephanie and Rachel were specifically two of the kindest people I’ve encountered in veterinary care. They made a scary situation much easier to handle.
I have to say, I’m surprisingly shocked at how well our experience was. We’ve had horrible experiences with emergency vets. Anywho, the staff was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable. We originally thought surgery was in the future for our poor little girl but ended up not needing it. DR. Kim is who we had and he was awesome, super knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable leaving our dog there. Hopefully I won’t need to again or at least anytime soon, but I’ll definitely be back with any emergency needs. Thank you all.
Amazing facility! My kitty was here over the weekend for Advil toxicity, and they were fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and excellent at their jobs. I received check up calls twice a day, and every time I called, and I was able to visit any time of day. The staff made me feel that my baby was being taken care of by people who love animals as well as medicine. When he was sent home he looked and smelled clean; he actually smelled like someone's perfume which makes me smile thinking of him getting lots of hugs and love from the staff in the back.
