Chloe Foundation

The Chloe Foundation provides financial assistance to pet owners who need help paying for emergency medical diagnostics. The fees associated with a proper diagnosis can be costly and force families to make tough decisions without knowing all of the options. The Chloe Foundation helps families get the answers they need to make the right choice for them and their pets

Families are referred to the foundation by the emergency room doctor and must first exhaust all other options of payment. By offering financial assistance for initial diagnostic tests, the Chloe Foundation provides the family with the necessary information regarding the health of their pet before deciding on the best course of action.

Once the emergency hospital has determined a patient is a Chloe candidate, the foundation will cover the diagnostic fees immediately and the family does not have to be concerned with reimbursement. The goal of the Chloe Foundation is to assist pet owners who are truly in need and provide them with as much assistance and information as possible.
