The team at the PET+E.R. is compassionate and dedicated to taking a highly personalized one-on-one approach to patient care. The PET+E.R. is always fully staffed with a team of highly-skilled doctors and nurses that are available to patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The PET+E.R. understands that there are tough decisions that have to be made regarding the life of a pet and are empathetic to clients who are faced with difficult situations. The team at the PET+E.R. takes the necessary time to communicate with clients and address any questions or concerns regarding their pets.
Nurses
The PET+E.R. is continually staffed with highly qualified and experienced nurses that assist in the professional care and treatment of your pets. Our nurses will be by your side during your visit to the PET+E.R., providing you and your pet with the best patient care possible. The nurses at the PET+E.R. will keep you informed with regular updates while your pet is under our care. Our experienced nursing staff has an average of more than 10 years experience in emergency and critical care medicine and more than 15 years in general and related veterinary medical practices. The wants and needs of the patient and his/her family is the primary focus and concern of each team member.
Client Services Team
The client services team is a group of dedicated individuals whose main objective is customer service. It is our first priority to make sure that each client is satisfied with the services that we’ve provided. Although we may have very busy days, we are able to keep the flow of the hospital moving in order to provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service. In the grand scheme of things, we are the start and end to the great experience you’ll have at the PET+E.R.
Management Team
The management team at the PET+E.R. consists of seven outstanding core members who are responsible for all aspects of the hospital and ensure that the day-to-day activities are running smoothly. The first priority of the management team is to ensure that every patient receives the highest quality emergency care, while providing a comforting, professional environment. Our team members are happy to address any questions or concerns, making sure that patients receive the highest quality of care and personalized attention.
